Postdoctoral Researcher in Fusion Technology
The Center for Energy Research is seeking candidates for
postdoctoral research in Fusion Technology. A PhD in
engineering is preferable but outstanding candidates with a
Masters degree will also be considered. We seek candidates
with general experience in fusion technology and integrated
system design and modeling. Specific expertise in thermomechanics,
thermo-fluid modeling & analysis and/or
material science is highly desirable. Candidates should have
strong computer programming ability and be self-motivated
to work in challenging areas. The nominal deadline for
applications is October 31, 2005, although the search will
