The costs for the organization of the conference are borne by the Host Government and the IAEA. No registration fee is charged to participants.

However, the submission of a participation Form A (pdf, doc) is mandatory for all that intend to participate in the meeting. This form should be sent to the appropriate government authority for transmission to the IAEA.
