Kulcinski to Receive U. Wisconsin Award

Prof. Gerald L. Kulcinski will receive the University of Wisconsin's Hilldale Award in the Physical Sciences on April 9. The awards are given annually to recognize combined excellence in teaching, research and service at the university.
